A simple idea: pass jobs between people. One post. Then two. Then hundreds.

Five years later the community had grown to 160,000 creatives. +58,000 jobs reshared. 8 million monthly views. No marketing. No original content. Just people looking for one another.

It proved something obvious, once you see it. People want to find each other. Talent and opportunity are everywhere. What’s been missing is the infrastructure.

Indstry is that infrastructure. Built from inside the industry. Shaped by the community that grew it.
